Donnell Robinson - Sole Proprietor & DJ

Owner & Operator since June 1999.  Has performed DJ services for hundreds of clients while working independently as a sole proprietor.  Experience ranges from Wedding Functions, School Functions, Corporate Functions, Birthday & Graduation Events, Outdoor Events, Dance Club Functions, House Parties, Pool Parties, Family Reunions and specializes in Theme Parties.  Music genre includes Top 40, Pop, Rock, Salsa, Meringue, Bachata, Cumbria, Reggae, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, R&B, Oldies, Big Band, Alternative, House, Miami Bass, Gospel, International, and much more!  I have been a proud volunteer for FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education), BeFriend-A-Child Program, Kids Just Like Us, Victory Lakes of Bristow, VA, VESPTO (Race to Victory - 5k Fun Run), Heritage Half Mile (Owen Lea Foundation), YMCA Organization and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  We are on the Preferred Vendor List for Loudoun County and Fairfax County, VA.  Currently DJ regularly for Walk MS, Osburn Park NJROTC, Reston Farm & Garden Market, and Better-A-Life.

Chi Dr. History: Chi Dr. is a play on the name of my hometown of Chicago as well as my perceived personality. The name is pronounced like shy as in Chi-town and Dr are the initials of my real name, Donnell Robinson. Dr also stands for Doctor because I’ve built a reputation for operating the function musically. Chi Dr. Productions has been in existence since the summer of 1999 and is known for providing great DJ entertainment. The most memorable events have been weddings, though I certainly treat each function special and devote undivided attention to every detail.
